Fill the cistern with fuel with an outside pumping tools in lower (basic) and in upper (duplicating) ways. 2. Fill the cistern with fuel by its own pump from reservoirs and barrels. 3. Empty the cistern by an outside pomp in lower way. 4. Pour out the fuel from the cistern by gravity through a discharge piping.
